With my recently started LATD army, (currently comprising of just 2 10 man squads of wargames factory shock troops and this guy) I decided they needed some sort of leadership,
And after rooting round my bitz box for a while, I found a chariot and 2 chaos warhounds that I put aside for something else. Shame I cant remember what they were for.......
It is VERY unlikely that that sword will be staying, it wasnt my idea, and it was mostly my friend saying it would look great on him that made me put it on there, it will probably be repaces by a cloak
and I intend to give him a hood to make him look more cultist-y

I'm not sure if that was your intention or not, but if you want him to be the centerpiece of your army, he really needs something a bit more special. As of right now he looks like just one more guy, only on a chariot.

I'm not sure what would help tough, maybe you could get him some drivers, but I'm not sure it would be enough.

maybe give him a cloak to make him look important, also it would hide the arm joints on the shoulders, apart from that it looks awesome...

He isnt quite finished, as you said I need to add some detail. I am not that great of a modeller, and this may only be tempory if I can think of anything better.
The cloak will theoretically cover those ugly shoulder joins, and I intend to give him a retinue of enforcers.
