I’m planning on painting some ghouls for this guy to lead and was hoping to paint them a similar colour. So if you could give me some tips on how to get the same/similar skin tone i.e. which colours to use I’d be very grateful

looks like shaddow grey base coat to me.

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

Well as far as Citadel paints go, this looks like a mix with a black wash to me. It's somewhere between the Regal-> Enchanted->Ice Blue family and the Shadow->Space Wolves Grey tree. I'd suggest experimenting with adding Space Wolves Grey to Regal Blue and then trying to match it up with the main colour. Give that a black wash, highlight back up with the original mix and it looks like straight Space Wolves Grey for the top highlights. Of course, I could be very wrong.

I would experitment with blending things like shadow grey, fenris grey, codex grey, regal blue, and fortress grey. This is obviously a blended and unique color, but those bases colors would be a good place to start. Also I think you want to utilize washes like badab black and delvan mud. Best of luck!

Adding blue to grey is probably your best bet, can't remember what the right ones are called but it should be fairly easy.
