I work on a ton of different projects for 40k and run about 9 different armies, i want to start post stuff up here for C & C, i will post stuff up here as i get it built,

long time lurker, on dakkadakka, it's nice to finally get some stuff on here,

as i said i have a ton of different stuff right now i'm working on blood angels and raven guard stuff atm, the blood angels is for myself and the RG for a friend of mine,

here are some rhinos and a 1ksons for an army i made for commission,

i'm not done with the rhinos yet still trying to get the colors right.









while mostly done i feel like the demon prince could use more work, i was very un-impressed with the model when i took it out of the box, after building and converting him, a little more impressed with it. at this point i had to stop painting could easily sink like another 3-6 hours into him. The only piece of the model i really disliked was the chest plate which i green stuffed over, which in this pic my green stuff skillz look like poo. it looks a bit cleaner in real life..... i swear it.





wow with the pics i can really see the flaws on the free hand stuffz, this is the 1st time i've really did this on a large scale, i'll say drawing it on with a pencil before hand helped tons.

Heres what i'm working on now, sorry my camera has trouble taking up close pics sorry for some of the blury-ness of them,

blood angels stuff, a pair of dreads my librarian dreadnought and my death company dreadnought. i was heavily influenced by a few people on here,
he's pretty close to done, he doesnt really have the physic hood as of now i put one of him but i hated it so i removed it

death company dread- not finished yet, i used a ironclad as the bases i'm going to magnetize the arms and i need to finish the blood talons, i'm probly gona add a bunch of stuff to it, want it to look a little cleaner then the libby with less bling in it.

heres my librarian for my blood angels i havent settled on a paint scheme yet i'm thinking of doing half black and half red, he is about half way done.

I tired some thing new with this model and it's kinda turning out the way i hope, with the darkness and extreme highlights, it's out of my usual style, but i'm liking it

started with white primer, and then 4 coats of red wash,
then a layer of black wash
then started with the blood red that was thined down with red wash instead of water, to help keep a really strong red color lots of layers till the red was super strong
started highlighting with small amounts of white, trying to keep the red color and not drift into pink highlights
final highlight of white with tint of red in it.
