I play a DoA list and am having trouble fending off a Logan wing list? Is there any advice or help, he has 3 thunder wolves 15 long fangs 3 long wolves. All this 3+ invuns and cover saves 3+ from stealth is beyond annoying. So is there anyway you can help!

Dreadnoughts in drop pods with template weapons can deal with long fangs well enough, same with baal predators if you got first turn with your scout move and a flamestorm. Thunderwolves seem to have a pain of a time if you hit them with fear the darkness (unless they go with a lord) or if you drop death company in their face with the charge.

drop on the other side of cover. the difficult terrain will slow him down when he tries to charge you but wont slow you down at all. you can use this to get the drop on him. dreadnoughts like slick said. consider the sanguinor - he fears no one. vets with plasmaguns. vindicators are cheap and durable and swat thunderwolves like nobodys business. good luck!

Do you have any more specifics on his list? I would suggest dropping maybe one of both VV squads for Honor Guard with 4xPG, 4xMG, or even 4x Flamers to take down the Long Fangs. MEQ MSUs like LF hate multiple or twin-linked flamers, trust me I play Salamanders.

Its mostly the wolf guard squads are 6 man squads one in terminator armor with chainfist and cyclone missile launcher The thunderwolves 3 of them have storm shield and chainfist/thunder hammer same with the lone wolves logan will be with 1 of the 3 long fang squads of 5 with MLs so they have relentless/tankhunters

Like someone said, hit the thunderwolves with fear of darkness. Without the Lords LD10, they are LD8 and will be easily run off the board. Either that or mop them up with Mephiston. You attack first and your str10 will one-shot them.

As for the long fangs just put tons of shots into them. 3+ and 4+ cover saves fail eventually, and believe it or not LD9 fails quite often. Assault the two squads that don't have Logan in it.

As for the termies, if only one is in TDA, pour your meltas into there and they will melt like butter.
