So, I was thinking about making a Pestilens themed list with beasts bought from clan moulder (i figured they'd appreciate their disease filled mouths)!
Want to make list for about 2.5k or 3k.
-What else should i add? I was thinking of adding some slaves for more bulk.
-Which of the rare options do you prefer?
-Yay or Nay on Plague Banner?

Is there really no thoughts!?

Well, the a-bomb fits your tactical theme better; get in there and eat stuff, but, of course the catapults are actually Pestilens themed. And they would certainly help out with those high-armour units that your monks will have such a tough time with.

More slaves would be a welcome addition. I would also suggest equipping your BSB with the best magical protection to be had; he will surely be sniped at the first opportunity.

I'd go with the Storm Banner before the Plague Banner to protect your monks. Also, the Shroud of Dripping Death is a great one, providing that help against armour. It is a smaller boon, but at least it's constant (and you're certainly going to be in more than one round of combat).

Finally, I'm not much of a fan of special characters, and I think those points could be well-used elsewhere. Dropping Skrolk wouldn't even force you to trim your Monk units down (all those points could go fit into special alongside the ogres), though you would need some more core.

I like the double catapults for theme and anti-armor fun, as Warpy noted. So shooting for 2500, what would I do with the 101 extra points in that version of the list? I'd find another rat ogre for both units (+80) and also add another packmaster to both (+16), they just seem really anemic as is. And then with the last 5 points I'd likely toss ironcurse icon (+5) on the furnace priest, because the furnace and its friends will certainly be receiving some artillery fire!

That'd be solid. Unfortunately, you'd have to give up the 5+ Ward, right?

For the ironcurse? Naw, the foul pendant is a talisman and the ironcurse is an enchanted item, and the hero % is well under max.
