Hi all
Does anyone know of any manufacturers of decent heads to use on Space Marines? I'm open to 'human' or helmeted. Bionics or normal.
I really would consider anything. I have looked for 'Knight' style ones but can only really find WHFB Empire or Brettonian ones.
I would like resin, but would be happy with anything!!

Pig Iron are the go to guys for helmetted heads.
They do several different styles which are used for IG and SMs.
Alternatively, Hasslefree Miniatures do a variety of heads and helmets.

Would it work if I used a Forgeworld Red Scorpion helmet (see attachement) with Dark Angel helmet wings from the Veteren sprue or Hasslefree helmet wings?
I should explain what its for I guess!! Well, I plan to build a 'Crusader' themed chapter of Space Marines. Lots of Fleur De Lys, Celtic style crosses, wreaths etc.
I have ordered a set of legs and a torso (amongst a few other bits) from Scibor Miniatures and from the pics on the site these look pretty big and chunky so an impressive head is a must. The wings might make it look a little bigger and more in keeping with the body whilst the Knightly look of the helmet will be perfect for the look I hope to achieve. (obviously i would remove the Red Scorpion iconography).
Any opinions very welcome.

GW makes lots of human heads, any of which can be turned into the head you want with a little hobby knife and GS work.

I've searched the GW site extensively and haven't found anything that excites me too much.
