I haven't played WHFB before, but I have collected a decent amount of Skaven. I have the following to work with.
-40 Clan Rats
-30 Plague Monks
-20 Night Runners
-5 Rat Ogres (3 handlers)
-Warlord
-Engineer
-Rattling Gun

I got a low budget for new units so I am just trying to see if I can scrounge together something for a very small scale beginner's game. Think 500 points or so. Again, new to WHFB, I mostly play 40k.
