Hy dakka,as you know a Storm Raven has 4 blood strike missiles and 2 TL weapons.My question is-if I havent moved may I fire all 4 blood missiles in the same shooting phase-or just 1 a turn?

You may fire all 4 Blood Missiles. It is four separate weapons, not one weapon with four shots.

I would equate it to a rhino being able to take four hunter-killer missiles, would that be an accurate comparison?

You would get all 4 shots at once, and lose the weapons, plus they would all have to be directed at the same target. To do that, you must REALLY want something dead across the table.
