Your pictures are insanely blurry, and it just looks like you haphazardly slathered green stuff all over a beat up rhino. There's a little more thought into most Nurgle conversions. Check through the gallery and find something with more focus, then work from that.

Most of the conversions I think that look most effective are sculpted/painted as if a single organism is 'growing' or 'possessing' the model.
I'd have said focusing the growths around a certain focal point on the model like the rear hatch or gun cupola and then blending the growths away from that point may look more "organic-y"
That being said, I still really like it

Some suggestions on your photo taking:
1. Throw out your cell phone. It's not a camera. I have a cell phone which is supposed to have an amazing camera on it, and it's STILL rubbish.
2. If you're not using a cell phone, then look for your macro button. It will look like a flower. I think specifically it might be a tulip, but I could be wrong. Hit that before taking the picture. Then show us what you've got.

In that case step back and ensure the camera is focusing on the tank, not the desk behind it. Check the photos and crop out the surrounding area, assuming your camera was made some time in the last five years it should be high enough resolution for this to work.

Not bad,May I suggest a few things that may help convey a more "Nurgley" look..
First, smooth the edges of your GS work down a pit more so that your pustules/boils/lesions/etc seem to be more integrated into the actual vehicle giving it a more organic appearance.
Second, use your pin vice (or hobby knife) to drill various sized holes and pock marks into the rhinos armour.
Third, use small amounts of PVA glue to add bits of fine sand here and there to create a rusty/decayed effect.
Again,not a bad start...hope to see more.

Much better pics. One additional suggestion is to check if you can set the focus method for your camera. Generally the options will be fixed/spot/single, multi, or continuous. Set it to single and make sure the center of your pic is centered on the model. That should force the camera to focus on the model instead of the background. Again, macro setting should help as well.
As for the actual model, looks like a great start! I agree on cutting away some of the model to make pock marks and holes.

If you have a pin vice (small model drill),just make various size holes with it and score around the holes with a hobby knife (make small cuts around the hole).
If you don't have a pin vice, using the tip of a hobby knife to "drill" holes works as well, just be careful not to snap your blade.
The process can be tedious, but the results are worth it.
