Do you believe space marines are good the way they are, or should they be more "realistic". By that I mean should they be 12 times the strenght of a man , twice as fast, something like a 2+ armor save and 2 wounds?

I don't think so-called "movie marines" would work within the current game structure.
There are dynamics in the game which would make them auto-win even if costed fairly.
Things like UGOIGO, the time and space limit, and the immunity of units in melee to enemy shooting, would all make "movie marines" too powerful.
My personal opinion is that the variant SM codexes are already somewhat overpowered when cheesy lists are taken.
If you want to experiment with "realistic" SMs, give your current SM army two Wounds, Feel No Pain and Eternal Warrior and see how things go.

UGOIGO means the simplistic game turn format in which You move and shoot your whole army, then I get the chance to move and shoot my survivors. It maximises the first turn advantage.
A Super Marine army could cripple an enemy army by having first turn.
Lots of other games use different mechanisms to intermix activation of units from the two sides.

If they did become like this I would want grots to become free points wise, come in a box of 50 (for no extra price) and get the swarm rules.
So with the currant game structure I do not think that this is possible to make the "movie marines"

Hm. I was just looking at the Movie Marines list - there's no listing for the Rhino's Storm Bolter. I guess we could just call it a regular bolter that with ROF 6, and can fire even if the Rhino move 12?
