(on foot)
10x Dire Avenger w/ Exarch - 2x Shuriken Cats, Bladestorm.
Wave Serpent w/ TL Bright Lance, Shuriken Cannon.
10x Dire Avenger w/ Exarch - PW + Shimmer Shield, Bladestorm, Defend.
Wave Serpent w/ TL Bright Lance, Shuriken Cannon.
5x Fire Dragons w/ Exarch - Tank Hunters, Crack Shot.
Wave Serpent w/ TL Scatter Laser, Spirit Stones.
3x War Walkers w/ 2x Scatter Laser
2x Wraith Lords w/ Bright Lance, Wraith Sword.
So I've been running this build for about 3 weeks and I play a lot. It's been performing at a high level vs some of the hardest hitting list 40k can provide. Vulkan Mech, Blood Angel Mech, Spacewolf Shooty builds, Orks Horde, and Guard Mech. The only thing that really Scares me anymore are Librarians and Rune Priests - They are retardedly effective vs psykers. However, Eldrad gives you the edge on them - especially if they are dumb enough to try to cast spells at you. It's a really old codex but I think it can still compete and I must say it's the most fun army to play so I'm glad I made the investment. In 2 years when a new super eldar Codex comes out I'm going to go NUTS!

There's an avatar there.
That's a really decent list mate, i'm not the biggest fan of war walkers, but i really wouldn't change anything else in that list, it must be an ork hordes worst nightmare!

It's pretty good, i like the fact it's a miz and not what we usually see. This could work. The only thing i'm concerened about is troops. Yes, 10 DAs in a WS is a pretty hard troops choice but there's still only two of them, another troops choice would benefit this list greatly.
There's a few things you can do to save points: take off the defend on the second DA squad, get rid of the shruiken cannons on the WS and reduce the number of bright lances. All of these things aren't strictly neccessary and you can save a considerable amount of points dropping them.
Oh and I would reccomend actually having a BL on the fire dragons' WS (put the scatters on another) as with FDs you'll be going after armour, and BL are a better fail-safe to have than scatters.

This list looks pretty nasty
I'm not a fan of the PW on the Avengers, but if it works for you fine. And why's a spiritseer in the council? Seems a bit pointless. You could perhaps drop that, and some of the lances for EML's (4 is overkill unless you know your facing loads of LRs, plus EML's can be used against hordes too) to get some guardian jetbikes, which are a good solid troop choice which you seem to be lacking.
If what you've got works though, keep it. Just some ideas

Before the game start I pretty much decide what to put in what serpent. Usually If I go second I put the warlocks in a serpent and run a foot avenger squad in reserve. The reason I put Scatters on the FD Serpent is to mess up the enemies target priority - If you take out the dragon serpent - I still have a TL BL. It is ofc never ideal to lose your dragon serpent. I suppose I could drop close to 150 points and take a 6 man jetbike squad if I put scatters on my WLs and Serpents. I've never tried it but I feel I'd be losing too much of a punch against heavy armor but it would give me another tough scoring unit. I'll definitely try it once the new Eldar jetbikes become available. Automatically Appended Next Post: Spiritseer is simply to give the WL's a little more freedom. I've actually never failed a Wraithsight test. I know it would really suck though and at 6 points at just droped 1 embolden and got a seer as I've found the embolden locks seem to be the first to die because they rarely lose combat.

Well you can't really decide what is going in the serpent before, it needs to be written in your army list as a final thing. The target priority is a good idea, i never thought of it that way, so by all means keep it. Yeah the six man jetbike squad is a good idea, but tbh it doesn't really need to be six strong.

The warlocks look like a big point sink. Are they really effective while being on foot? I'm very curious. Ever tried replacing them with Harlequins with a Shadowseer to join Eldrad?

It all depends on mission deployment. If you can get to them in 2 turns - They don't need a serpent, If your opponent really wants to focus fire on them, they will be sadly disappointed when very few die - This is why I like running them on foot - 75% of wounds are denied whilst they are fourtuned + Eldrad will absorb a lot of dmg as well. I am not a fan of quins - They are an assualt unit so the shadowseers ability is only good for about the first turn or less. I've played them - tried to make them work and I'm certain they are just to expensive and too fragile. I can see their use in a shooty foot slogging army screening your lines but it really isn't that hard to find cover in the 40k universe. Warlocks are 50% more resilient than quins and have an array of psychic powers that make them the most solid close quarters eldar infantry. IMO quins are awful.

I was just wondering. Quins would attract fire but most of the time it doesn't reach them, but your right they are always making their way to the enemy so it only lasts for 2-3 turns. So you use you warlocks as a CC unit or just a unit with 5 heavy flamers? I've seen my friend do that with his jetseers, but the lack of PW really seems to hurt, even with the wound on 2+s.

Well, You are Correct. 2 plus saves are a real problem for the warlocks. Say like an 7man Term Assault Squad with Vulcan. Quite often I'm forced to deal with a squad like this - I'd really like the locks to fight other things but sometimes charging terms is your only option. In this case you doom the terms drop 4 heavy flamers for 20-25 auto hits + 31 shots from DA's. Usually just the shooting kills all but the IC then you charge him and make him take 15 saves. He will die. Even I am suprised about the fire Eldar can put on a single target sometimes. Honestly I prefer Witchblade over power wepons, the real strength of it is S9 vs vehicals. If the locks make a good fleet roll. I usually kill 2-3 tanks in that assault phase.
