Dont want to cause offence, but it just looks like a hammerhead impaled by toilet roll tubes at the moment.
You really need to stick with the tau looks and shapes with large structures.
Thats a basic one with a similar design.
And theres one that keeps the tau look.
For what its worth, tau use ships rather than titans as they prefer the speed and style of warfare involved.

C'mon guys, don't knock his work. It's a hell of a lot more creative than most armies you see nowadays.
As for painting, it seems ok from what I can see, maybe if you clean up some of the overspill, and give them a nice wash of Devlan Mud or soemsuch they'd end up looking beautiful!
