Daemon Princes come in pairs for target saturation so do Land Raiders, not that Land Raiders are any good in the CSM codex. You haven't got enough troops either.

Well, Daemon Prince are great if you take one or two, you can skim off 105pts by adding a Greater Daemon, who gives you an extra HQ option.

Instead of adding a squad of Berzerkers you could swap that out for squad of Chosen w/t Meltaguns and Flamers. You could also change them out for 10 Chaos Marines in a Rhino or another group of 7 Plague Marines with a Rhino.

The list looks better but still two Rhino transports and a single Land Raider won't be hard to tackle. You need armour saturation.
