Razors and rhino move up the field behind TWC getting cover saves with njal special abilities. long fangs attempt to go first and disable all units that can harm the deathstar. scouts come in where needed to disable heavy vehicles.

If I'm honest it seems to me like you've taken many of the competitive 'net list' aspects of Space Wolves and put them in one list...
... and I don't think it'll particularly work that well either.
My comments are:
- The lone Wolf Scout pack is unlikely to achieve much, I'd recycle their points into additional long fangs and MotW/Standard on your rhino hunters.
- Your TWC squad isn't going to be massively benefitting from Njal. A single rhino is very easily blown up and therefore Njal left behind and Storm Caller doesn't do much to benefit TWC.
- The Wolf Guard don't really add much IMHO, you say the Razorbacks will be moving forward, but they need to hang back and use their range and firepower. Therefore, the Powerfist and Meltagun is unlikely to be used properly and only adds around 50pts onto already fragile units IMHO. Dropping the Wolfguard could get you another Razorback squad in itself. MotW/Standards typically work well enough for counter-assault.
- Your list doesn't actually contain that much firepower compared to what it could achieve at 2K. Theres only 4 vehicles in your army and they all have low AV and would therefore be unlikely to last long. The Long Fangs are inevitably best at 6-men but even so, against the likes of Mech Guard and thorough Razorspam I can't imagine they'd have the firepower to seriously threaten the enemy and stop them turning the majority of their firepower upon your otherwise isolated Wolf Star.
- My opinion would be to choose one theme or another; Wolf Star or Razorspam - or neither.
- It could work to put the Grey Hunters in rhinos and use them to screen the Wolfstar whilst Long Fangs provide cover fire. It's still not optimal but at the least it's more original and could work better IMHO.
Personally, I don't believe it looks too competitive or focussed a list. It has potential, but I can't see it winning tournaments. But then again, if its meant for friendly use, I can't imagine it winning you too many friends either.
*As a disclaimer, I admit, I dislike the Razorback lists of Space Wolves and Blood Angels, but I've tried to provide advice nonetheless.

Here is another version without Njal. More marines here. The only thing I don't like here is that I have no hood to speak of. I do take a little offense that I am just randomly meshing together net lists. I am attempting to put together a balanced list that can hang in both kill point missions, and objective based games.
