Posted a jaded tank about 20 minutes ago, it got bad reviews, and I agreed, so I painted this in the last 5 minutes just as a rough draft, tell me what ya think!

The black and blue is vibrant, and not totally discordant, but maybe a little more black and a little less blue so that you're not overwhelmed by the clash. That way the electric blue still stands out but doesn't scream new rave too much. Otherwise I like the concept, I'll be interested to see how it goes after highlights and detailing etc.

I like the choice of colours for your tanks, the black and light blue go really well together.
If you would like a bit of advice I would say tidy up where the black and blue meet, like around the front lights and the top hatches, as it is it distracts the eye and makes it hard to appreciate the shape of the model.
Other than that, the blue / black colour scheme is working well mate.

Agree with above and want to add that a thrid color for accents, something contrasting to the blue would make the whole thing tie together very well.
Perhaps a red or orange.
