Ok everyone, I'm new to 40K, and I was given a CSM codex 5th edition, and I decided i wanted to play Noise marines. (Music.sounds as a weapon is epicness in my book). After doing some research, and talking to a very knowledgeable friend of mine, we built this 1000 point army list. I'm going for a more infantry-style base, and then from there adding on once I need to go into higher point value games. The list is below:

5-man Noise Marines Squad
-1 Blastmanster

5-man Noise Marines Squad
-1 Blastmanster

10-Man Noise Marines Squad w/sonic blasters
+Noise Champion upgrade w/Doomsiren and powerweapon

2-Obliterator Cult

Chaos Sorcerer
-Mark of Slaanesh w/Lash of Submission
-Bike
-Meltabombs

3-Chaos Bikers
-champion upgrade

Well, your army looks great, I personally wouldn't use Chaos Bikers at 1000pt unless they are given a Power-Fist or Meltaguns, Bikers are great units its just that they need a specific role and should be equipped to suit that roll. Another problem about your Bike Sorcerer and Bikers is splitting your army is a bad idea, those 4 guys would be torn to shreds against enemy fire and/or getting stuck in close-combat with infantry.

I would suggest dropping the bike on the sorcerer, possibly the whole biker squad (its really up to you) and add a Daemon Prince or Lucius the Eternal (Lucius is great because he has awesome melee and is armed with Doom Sirens.)
