Here are picks of the painted Khador that I have. All stuff pre-MkII.

Khador was the first faction that I played for Warmachine.

At first I started using the colors found in the art. Eventually I fooled around with an alternate color scheme.

This work ranges from 2007 to 2009. Now that I'm starting modeling again, I look forward to painting more for the motherland.

I'm going to try to put up pictures in order of when I built and painted them

Here are the models from the Battlebox (starter) for Khador.

Wow, that´s a lot of pictures ^^

Great work. You can even see how you improved your painting skills over the course of painting these guys.

The Marauder´s red seems way smoother than the Juggernauts, for example.

But as I said: Fantastic work

Thanks man! The Marauder was one of my favorites to paint. I love the chassis of the Khador Heavy Warjacks plus I like his 'rams' for arms. With the juggernaught I didn't thin down or water the paint... I would dip the brush directly into the pot and then put it right away on the model. By the time I started painting the Marauder I had learned to thin down my paints as well as be a little more patient. One thing that helped while painting it was that I had the upper body and arms separated after priming... it wasn't intended but it helped.

Thanks!

I kind of wish I had my Cygnar still... you can see some of the improved technique on some of those 'jacks.

Thanks for posting all the pics, great to look through them. When are they going to put in an appearance at (Poly) GT?

I was thinking once I get some more of my Malifaux stuff done I'd head on over. But I could probably head there sooner and get some WM games in. I don't know... I'm mostly just lazy to drive around there and find parking haha.

After 5 pm (at least on Fri) you can park in the staff parking right in front of the building.

Thats quite a nice collection you go there. I'll have to echo on the fact that this does show great improvement on the paintjobs

Easy to forget how cool some of the early models were... even the simple things like Mekanics. Lots of Winterguard, always nice to see!

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Nothing wrong with your painting quality except the need to thin your paint down a tad. some of the paint layers are noticably thick.

Bit of ink wash would help. Both are simple changes well within your skill level and would improve your minis considerably.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.
