After reading Dash's Wyche list, I liked the way he was going. However for me I like to play a little more balanced. (my shooting tends to be a little more average than yours Dash)

This list has 23 DL weapons, 2 HB, and 27 HG attacks for anti tank

The Duke with Bloodbrides will get 5 agonizer attacks, 5 2+wound no armor if 5+ attacks from Duke, and 32 to 47 regular attacks

Wyche squads are to tar-pit. everything else is self explaining.

Any thoughts?

Crucible of Malediction, IMO, can only be used in conjunction with Torment Grenade Launchers because most psykers have Ld10, downgrading their confidence to Ld9 is paramount.

Isn't the Duke forced to join a Kabalite squad? I'm not sure because, if my memory serves me well, the duke can only attach to a non-kabalite unit if there is none on the list.

Why have you taken Hydra gauntlets when Razorflails do more damage? Why deliberately do less damage to your opponent with your list selection?

Duke must attach to Kabalite warriors or trueborn at start. One of your Haemmis missing a place to go.

23 DL weapons seems low at this point level. Thats what I'd take in an assault focused 1500 point list.

first haemi attaches to bloodbrides but will go to A warrior squad, while the Duke deploys with warriors then swiches to Bloodbrides.

The other Haemis go with the other wyche squads. the one with the crucible goes with TGL raider.

I could get more if I went with a pure shooty list, but I don't see how to get more than 2 more (swapping out Venoms for Raiders) while keeping the Assault elements of this list. Suggestions?

Even on the wyches the razorflails do statistically better than the Hydra gauntlets on 5 out of 6 combat drug results. On Bloodbrides the difference just becomes bigger.

Not convionced the Haemmie and Duke merry go round will help you in any way just deny you mobility on that crucial first turn...

More trueborn (you can take 4 in each squad with blasters). Go with blasters in scourges perhaps (not a huge fan of them though). Take more potent CC Troops choices (for instance Wracks) so you can fill up your elite slots with Dark light weapons.

Or accept that at this point level you need to go shooty to have a chance with DE due to lack of useful melta.
