Am looking to make my trueborn look slightly more fancy than my Warriors, does any company sell elven swords in scabbards or Eldar looking techno gubbins?

Yeah, GW does. They are called Eldar. Check into some of their weapons or gear sprues.

Looking at it Dire avengers seem the best bet, but ideally i wanted some elven looking scabbards or something to put on their backs.

the only company that comes to my mind is maxmini atm...do these help?
also scabards with swords inside,...maybe look into CSM swords? they even have falchions...
