I think you would have a better battle with Khorne / Tzeentch and Nurgle / Slaanesh. Nurgle has no good elites so you could spam fiends, and bloodcrushers are so bloody expensive you could easily fit in some flamers.

But I'll agree with the unforgiven, khorne / nurgle probably won because that tzeentch / slaanesh list is pretty bad.

Tzeentch/Slaanesh... it's a better combo than people think. Played well, the speed and shooting should beat the strength and toughness. It depends on the mission if they can stay away from the Crushers or not...

I personally think that the Tzeentch/Slaanesh will win due to the fact, I have seen the owner's style of play and it fit him better.

It's a tough one to call in my opinion...Khorne and Nurgle should rock in close combat, but a couple boons could ruin thier day.

Battle Style: Annihilation. Deployment style: Who cares? Daemons Deepstrike, and care little for the restrictions of Pitched Battle, Spearhead and Dawn of War.

Each player rolls to see who goes first:
[Thumb - DSCN1000.JPG]
Black die=Khorne/Nurgle, and White Die=Tzeentch Slaanesh. Khorne allows his bloodthirsty followers the chance to arrive first. Blood for the Blood god!

[Thumb - DSCN1001.JPG]
Each player divides his army by Chaos God, and then rolls. Both rolls 6's and get their choice...Khorne and Tzeentch come in first.

[Thumb - DSCN1002.JPG]
The Bloodthirster lands dead-on. He salivates, waiting for something to cut open.

[Thumb - DSCN1003.JPG]
A unit of Bloodcrushers with Skulltaker on Juggernaut attached scatters northeast toward the ruins.

[Thumb - DSCN1004.JPG]
Another unit of Bloodcrushers scatters east.

[Thumb - DSCN1005.JPG]
The Unit of Bloodletters drifts way wide of where they intended, but arrive safely.

[Thumb - DSCN1006.JPG]
The Khorne Soulgrinder scatters dangerously close to the table edge.

[Thumb - DSCN1007.JPG]
The minions of Khorne await anxiously for some victims. Blood is a dish best served hot and fresh!

After the Khorne minions run to loosen up their formations, Tzeentch's forces arrive.

[Thumb - DSCN1008.JPG]
The Lord of Change scatters into some trees to the northwest, but arrives safely.

[Thumb - DSCN1009.JPG]
Tzeentch's Daemon Prince lands dead on.

[Thumb - DSCN1010.JPG]
The Flamers try to land near the Bloodcrushers, but careen wildly away to the north.

[Thumb - DSCN1011.JPG]
The Pink Horrors drift dangerously close to the Bloodthirster.

[Thumb - DSCN1012.JPG]
Tzeentch sends his Herald down dead on.

[Thumb - DSCN1013.JPG]

[Thumb - DSCN1014.JPG]
Khorne's bloodthirsty minions were granted their wish of arriving early to the fight...and Tzeentch's forces all arrived close enough to pelt them with their magical spells. Let the battle begin!

I love Daemons Vs Daemons. Deployment is literally a case of '*smirk at opponent, make semi-witty comment... Go roll some dice and pray its a 3+*'

Hey Shenra, alittle off topic, but I just have to ask...

Did you guys snag up Matt's Shrine of Menoth terrain piece also?
I don't know what in the world he's thinking with selling off those tables
and terrain. I talked to him abit about it yesterday, *sighs* basically if he's
going to go that route, he needs *ALOT* more terrain and some good quality
stuff. Anyway, cool Battlerep so far, and can I vote that both sides die in mutually
assured destruction? Its just better for all that way
