Hey Guys,

I turned a space hulk blood angel terminator into a Crimson Fist Terminator sargeant with Thunderhammer and storm shield.... Here is a quick pic of him....but seriously, if you want to see him in all his glory, you GOTTA see him in HD on youtube (THE LINK IS BELOW).....

If you like the thunderhammer, check out the tutorial section here in dakkadakka and you will see a link to how I did it.

Comments are always appreciated, here or on the tube.

That is fantastic dude! The shield really looks like it has power in it!

If I may offer one critique on the sword, the lightening effects look a little straight (that may be just my opinioin though so take it for what its worth!)

Really good job dude and the minis look great!

I'm at your window

Great work

Tali'Zorah: I appreciate what you're doing here, Shepard.
Commander Shepard: Well, I care deeply about the quarian people.
Tali'Zorah: It's good to be back on the Normandy.
Commander Shepard: Let me know if it's too quiet for you to sleep, and I'll find you someplace louder.
Tali'Zorah: Hmm.
Garrus Vakarian: Uh, I was there when you two had your thing, remember? Just get a room and work it out.

Thanks Cat and Black Templar!
The plan for the swords was to have sort of straight looking 'artificial' lightning on it anyways, but yes, thanks for the comments!

(p.s congrats on the Darthburn competition - $20 gift vouchers - woohoo!)

Ah Catattafish, you really don't know how inspirational you are to me,
I did some more work on my Captain, (obviously, he's still being WIP'd, I used blue tack to hold him together to show what he'd look like - I paint parts individually you see[apart from torso and legs])

Nonetheless, to the point. I did your lightening effect on my captain's Relic Blade/Power Sword.

I think it came out ok, what do guys think?

Wow! Thank you so much for your very kind words. Your minis and the techniques you have applied are very well done!! I love the blues on both the sword but especially on the shield. It is you putting paint to the models, so good on ya!!!!
