Yup, those are definitely sergeants with plasma pistols.

the last one with the mace has a little dynamisum to it (the pose looks like it's doing something) the other two look like fairly standard generic poses not much going on, I'd prefer if the heads and or bodies flowed with the pose for instance why aren't they looking where they are aiming?
