The weathering you've done looks good... the mud on the tracks in the rear shot, might be a little over done.
You've got large clumps of it at the top of the right track, and that's one of the places where there would be less of it, due to vibration and gravity.
Other than that, I really like how it looks, good job.

Edit- I feel stupid, I just took another look at it and realized that the tracks have a rearward slope to them, so they in fact look right. Sorry about that.
