Warstore offers 20% off, and that's pretty much the biggest discount people will have so they can still make a profit. The math for that is pretty simple and you can do it in 10 seconds with a calculator or your best estimate. It's harder to place an order, but for Warstore all you need to do is send them an email saying:
"I'd like a price quote on X Y Z" and you'll get one back confirming the price by the end of the day. Then you send them the money and they ship it ASAP. Warstore is great, and the guys they have working there are top notch.

You don't even have to do that. They include that handy comment box on the checkout screen for including GW stuff, and I write down the MSRP, and the 20% discount price and it always goes through without a hitch.

I want to expand a little upon what AoE said here, to enlighten you. I'm presuming you are a relatively new player, as you asked a question common of people just starting out. If you aren't, then still useful info for other new players who might read this.
Games Workshop both sells indirectly (as a distributor) and directly, via their outlet stores and their webstore (" GWS Direct") and sometimes, you can only get certain things from those outlets(for example, an Ork Nob with a Waaagh Banner - such things are said to be direct only. One of the contractual demands GWS makes on third parties as a distributor is that you may not buy GWS merchandise using a shopping cart. Some questions you might have:
Q.) But that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard... right?
Q.) That's just cutting down their own revenue by artificially curtailing their own distribution, right?
Q.) It's 2011! What are they, just hoping the last 20-odd years of e-commerce are a fluke, and we'll all go back to mail order any day now?
Q.) Wouldn't making their merchandise available through many other big channels, like Walmart and Amazon Direct, greatly expand their player base, and hence revenue?
Q.) If they wanted to go direct-only, couldn't they just do that, and save all this stupid, brand-hurting, bad-will inspiring nonsense?
Q.) Do you think their "harebrained marketing" scheme is at least partially to blame for the last few years of declining revenues?
A: Yes

Or, if you want to actually buy stuff online you could try http://www.maelstromgames.co.uk/ Based in the UK (so not constrained by the stupid "no shopping cart" handicap of the US stores), but they do free international shipping on orders over £10 and have a standard 10-15% off RRP. I don't know what the dollar is like against the pound at the moment so I can't tell you if you would get a better deal due to the currency.

The Orks are the pinnacle of creation. For them, the great struggle is won. They have evolved a society which knows no stress or angst. Who are we to judge them? We Eldar who have failed, or the Humans, on the road to ruin in their turn? And why? Because we sought answers to questions that an Ork wouldn't even bother to ask! We see a culture that is strong and despise it as crude.

Another +1 for WarStore and Miniature Market.
The 25% off + free shipping over $75 is unbeatable really from Miniature Market.
You can never go wrong with TheWarStore either. Unless you live in New York State (like me) and therefore get hit with the 9% sales tax, which drops the discount to a paltry 11% off.

First, I'd like to echo the good things said about ALL of the retailers here, so far. All are good.
Additionally, I'd like to agree with voryn. MM is my "local" game store. GREAT place to game. The site gives 25% off of GW with free shipping over $75 (as has been said already) and, furthermore, they will let you order online and pick up in-store, if you're local.
I would also like to add "Wargamer's Cave" into the mix. I've done business with them (20% off) before, and could not be happier.

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on the same issue for me. I'm looking into using Wayland Games and live in Canada, time of shipping isn't an issue but what I worry about is a duty tax. Does anyone know if there is any on most stores (or specifically for Wayland Games) or is the Cost + tax and shipping my final total that I would have to pay for ordering?
Thanks!

If you are buying from outside North America, it's pretty much a sure thing that you'll get hit by duty fees, and depending on the shipping method, you might get hit by brokerage fees as well, and add GST on top of that.... screw smuggling cigarettes, smuggle GW products lol!
Just ordered from Battleroadgames.com from the states... the only thing I should get dinged on is GST in theory because of NAFTA and I'm buying from the states, but I might get dinged with duty since the product was made in the UK.... so if I don't get hit with duty taxes, then I'd recommend battleroad as they offer free shipping (on orders of $75+), you get a good discount off retail (especially canadian retail prices) and it will take less time to get here.

If you're looking at things taken out of battleforces, you could try dice bucket, they're an advertiser on this site and you can't beat 35% off (a box of termigants for less than $20? yes please.) No free shipping though (except on HUGE orders) so Minature Market has the highest discount that I've heard of.

I agree with this, Chaos Orc is a great store. I usually buy from there and get my stuff in the mail within three days, and they have great customer service too, they shipped a carnifex out with priority shipping before christmas just so the gift my grandmother got for me would get to my house on time.
