I was reading through the dark eldar codex and I noticed a small passage saying Fabius Bile was tagught by the Harmonculi in Commorragh. Can someone please explain this I have no idea how he would of got there or why the Harmonculi would bother teaching him. Can someone please explain this to me.

Because like the Dark Eldar, Fabius is a sick degenerate fething freak. He does not worship any gods of chaos as far as i know(even though he was a part of the Emps children) And i suppose they saw something in him, themselves possibly.
