Finished the first of my 2 Drop Pods. Nothing special but it turned out pretty well.

I like the scorch marks,it looks as if the pod has seen lots of action.

Thanks, I figured the fluff says they were a definite fast attack chapter the DP fits perfectly. I also wanted to get my CC Dreads and Assaults into enemy territory ASAP. I have yet to use one in a game but look forward to it. I am building a list with a MoF in an Achilles with 5 Dreads, and a squad or 2 in Rhinos.

Here is the second Drop Pod...better images as well. This one has the Deathwind Launcher in place of the Storm Bolter.

Looks pretty intact with fluff seeing as how they have no real way of getting new stuff. So I definitely like the worn down look.
