So below is my current GK colour Scheme. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out; but I'm knocking my head against the wall with the bases. I got some resin cracked earth bases with the intent of making the ground all daemonic, but the areas around the feet of the knights to be purified - so far this is all I got.

Problem is, from tabletop view - it doesn't show up at all - anyone have any ideas on what I might do to make these stand out a bit more?

EDIT: Before anyone says anything, yes, I am aware the barrel is not drilled out; I'll be doing that later.

Tough call - to see it from distance of the tabletop, your going to need some real colour contrast. Maybe have a 'blue radiance' coming from the feet of the model, overriding and cancelling out the 'demonic red' in the cracks... try this on a test model first, it might look lame.

good luck!
