So it occured to me that the spinning blades of the deff-kopta`s would prove to much for and Ork who would inevitably try and kill something with them and as they are on top this would lead to a messy out come for Pilot and anything else involved be it guardsmen, SM`s, walls, other orks the list goes on . . .
Anyway i thought wouldnt the Orks prefer to streak across the sky on a jet
if anything any subsequent impact would be at least more spectacular

so i took a Black reach deff-kopta and turned it into a Jetbike

Great idea, I like it. The oversized jet engine is the perfect proportions for Ork tech.

That's a LandSpeeder engine? Nicely done, but I'd also add some antigrav gubbins underneath, and maybe some sort of air intake?

yes indeed it is, the casing is from underneath the jets of the landspeeder cut and glued to look like and engine body

good point about the antigravity thing, might just make the air intake underneath the rockets bigger for the air intake think that would work ?

Yes, put something underneath the rockets or engine, or even replacing the landing skis. Depends what's in your bits box - just something that looks vaguely like it might be an antigrav generator That's the nice thing about ork conversions - each kopta can have a different engine and antigrav generator.
