My artwork is more simplistic and yet complex at the same time as I spend a lot of time customizing things.

I Chopped and screwed a lot of parts that most people would throw away because they think the model in question is not salvageable. 1/2 of the Ammo boxes are scratched built. So are 1/4 the exhaust stacks in my army.

I took pieces of broken models and created new vehicles/bit out of them. Repaired broken parts. Turrets are made out of different models.

All vehicles bits created will be magnetized.

I want to show a table top quality model (soon to be army) that anyone can create, even ones who is disabled (like myself) can make. If they put their minds to it.

This is my version of a razorback for my custom built, Panzer style "Pre-heresy" Army, known as "The Ghost Dogs".

Adam's Motto: Paint, Create, Play, but above all, have fun. -and for something silly below-

"We are the Ultramodrines, And We Shall Fear No Trolls. bear this USR with pride".

Also, how does one apply to be a member of the Ultramodrines? Are harsh trials involved, ones that would test my faith as a wargamer and resolve as a geek?

You must recite every rule of Dakka Dakka. BACKWARDS.

Nice work - to me, it looks perfect as a "counts as" Techno-Barbarian Army.
The "fathers" of the Space Marine Legions, the soldiers the emperor used to conquer earth...

Thank you for the compliment. The style of painting is a component aspect for this army. This means that every model painted compliments the other models that are within a view point.

In certain cases one model painted in this manner might even look pretty drab until you place it in a unit of models, and that is when the color scheme and style of painting begins to work.

Then you say to yourself "hey this looks pretty good on a game table". And then people start to notice.

I like the Term "Techno barbarian" as well.

i like the weathering!

How many Space Marines does it take to screw in a lightbulb.

6, 1 techpriest and 5 tacticals that stand around trying to pose like badasses.

An Ork, Space Marine and Eldar are walking down the road. They see a Chaos portal that has a sign on it. It says: 'say what is true or be sucked in'. The Space Marine says: "I think I'm the bravest" and walks past safely, the Eldar says: "I think I'm the most agile" and walks past safely. The Ork says: "Me thinks..." and gets sucked into the portal.
