These are the first of my made up chapter i know they aren't going to win any painting contests and they look a lot better not so close up, one thing i could do is more layers watered down a bit so the paint doesn't look so thick. But i haven't got much time to paint and as i said they look lots better in the flesh etc.

The Chapter is very much WIP aswell but so far they are called the Knights Exemplar and are from a feral world which is based on medieval England, and they follow a chivalry code and have old English style names.
They are very distantly descended from the Ultramarines (I'm still thinking of using the U as their symbol untill i can think of somthing better) and i imagine the world cut off or very distant to the Imperium.
Their Scouts would be like Knights errand wishing to prove themselves in battle on missions until they become full battle brothers, i'm thinking they might also be adept at siege warfare as that would be in keeping with medieval europe.

Has anyone got any ideas of how i could incorporate these ideas into my Space Marines without buying loads of Grey Knights?

They look great so far. They remind me of white scars though.

Thanks. They do look a bit more creamy/stone coloured in the flesh, but the flash from camera has made them look a bit more white.

Do you have any Bretonnian bits? Those can certainly make for some conversions. Also the Bretonnian transfers might give you some good icon ideas so you don't have to go with the "U". i utilized them for the lion heads transfers, which adorn my tac squad's shoulder guard. You can see them under my gallery or on this forum under the name "The Emperor's Pride", or use search terms "feral" or "fury". Cheers.

I think technically you're referring to what's known as a "feudal world", not a "feral world".

You might want to change something about the scheme, just because, as The Ghoma pointed out, I think you have the exact same scheme as The White Scars.

looking a lot like white scars is one thing but you greatly improved the colourscheme you did a very well job IMO
you just need to touch them up a bit and they are ready for battle
