yeah ^^ it greatly improves your tecnique and you will get more feedback from non-blurred pics don't get wrong here but they aren't completly focussed and because of that we miss a lot of deatil you have undoubtly put in them

Yellow, especially on Marines, can be a real pain to paint (I know whenever I paint it it seems to take forever) and get a nice contrast on. I hope you treated yourself to a cookie after painting this little lot

Small criticism - the tracks on the Vindi appear to be unpainted. Well done on the yellow though.

The marines are great; good crisp highlights and the like. The tank has a retro feel to it, which is cool, but I am not sure if that is what you are going for or not. Either way they are superbly painted.

Now I have the Yellow Submarine song stuck in my head....

Yellow is a hard color to paint well, but you did it incredibly so... one question, though. Why did you go with red as your secondary color. I never really saw that as appealing. usually I'd say go with white or brown or black. what made you think red?

I'd say red because it contrasts well with yellow and show's off the minature, it brings the yellow out, when white or brown don't as much
