Does your camera have an auto-focus setting on it or perhaps an Image Stabilization Feature? If not and you are shooting in a situation with plenty of light, look for any way to manually adjust shutter speed and set it to around 1/250th of a second or higher. The pics might come out a little dark, but they will be sharp even if the camera is moving, and you can adjust exposure on the computer with most basic photo editing programs. The most important thing is getting a sharp picture, because I cannot tell 90% of what is going on in those pics......
If you are using a cell phone then...well....not much you can do other than hold it steadier.
