Howdy, my mate has found a 1500 world eaters list (no transports) that managed to hack its way through another mates 160 gaunt with out number army. Im really worried.

Im playing him this weekend, he has no shooting, apart from a few pistols. So I was going to try and wittle him down as much as I can, and try to counter charge his secluded units, and take them out bit by bit. This is my list for it:

The raptors are inititive 5, and with the lord and his Initiative 6, They should pack a big enough punch to destroy his bezerkers bit by bit. The daemons will be summoned where they are needed, blood letters will more than likely support the raptors, while the greater daemon will stay on the flanks, trying to turn anything and everything into spawns.

The heretics will be the meat shield protecting the main fire base of the havocs and marines. Predator will be on the very far flank, hopefully will bait one of his units over, be destroyed and leave his unit miles away.

The dreadnought, Horrors and space marine unit will be the counter charge once the heretics get destroyed.


I think I might replace the chaos marines with a unit of havocs with 4 plasma guns.

Any other suggestions?
