I have here two concept models for my Tomb Kings army. I want to know what you guys think about them. Should I go with the white on black, the black on white, or one unit of each for my army? Comments appreciated.

I like the black on white more because you can easily add small touches of color to make command and different squadrons stand out. The white on black would be a lot harder to have something visually obvious that didn't change the color scheme too dramatically.

Black on white looks like you had an easier time of it, since the writing color covers the base easily. The second chariot looks a tad like a chalkboard, and only multiple coats of thin paint with clean edges will avoid that.

3rd vote for black on white. Seems more fitting (to me) w/ the theme as well, papyrus scrolls and all that. Looks good either way, but the black on white looks better I think.

I'm inclined to agree with the consensus so far. Tomorrow, I have a day off, so I will try to add a little splash of color and see if black on white background still looks good. More picks to follow.
