I need some tips for painting my Black Templar Sword Brethren terminators and my Chaplain with jump pack. Thanks for any help

Well are they primed white or black? That usually makes a big difference. Also are you going for the traditional scheme or doing a your own?

DukeRustfield - There's nothing wrong with beer and pretzels. I'm pretty sure they are the most important members of the food group.

primed black. I've already painted the white parts grey and then painted them white. the guns are painted in the silver and bronze scheme. and i have the other metal parts painted, i need help with the helmets and the highlights

A picture may help. Highlights should be a grey of some sort - or at least thats how I would do them.

I'd suggest ogryn flesh wash on the gold bits, and cloth and purity seals. A little medium grey dry brushing to the black to help pop the details and edges. Badab black wash on the silvers and then dry brush the silver washed areas with mith silver.
