Are people still receiving orders from The Manufactorum? I placed an order on June 1st and I've still not received it. I've sent several emails to
info@themanufactorum.com asking for updates as well as sending a
PM to BloodQuest all with no response. While I wasn't in a rush to get the magnets, two months is a long time and the lack of communication is concerning. Hopefully it's just an oversight and we can sort it out. If you have received an order that was placed since June please let me know. Thanks.
Update:
BloodQuest did get back to me this morning and there were a few issues. He's explained himself well enough for me and he's more than made up for the inconvenience. This is just more proof that the real sign of customer service is how you handle bad situations.
