Hmm
Razorwing screams shoot me...especially if a marine player can take a TL LC razorback.
I would drop it...and the SC on the warriors and give them a blaster. I think your wyches are off point wise...
I would go with:

Troops:
5 warriors with a blaster in a Venom 125pts
5 warriors with a blaster in a Venom 125pts
5 warriors with a blaster in a Venom 125pts

HS:
Ravager with FF and NS 125pts

This gives you 3 DL and 3 Blasters for 6 Darklight shots and 36 SC shots at potentially three different targets. I added 2 KP to the list so watch that, and I gave you one more scoring unit.

They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare.

Incinerating your hopes

He can't, as his post states no more than two vehicles.

Oops...see that now. Who wrote some of these rules a Marine player?
So try number 2:

Troops:
10 Warriors with DL 115pts
5 Warriors with a Blaster and a venom with 2 SC 125pts
5 Warriors with a Blaster and a venom with 2 SC 125pts

Fast:
5 Scourges with 2 heatlances 134pts

Total: 499pts

Now you have 24 poison shots at 36", and I would use the scourges deep strike to get behind a tank and bust it. (should have plenty of room for DS) While the DL squad can sit on a home objective and pound the other vehicle. That is if there is one or blow away some enemys if not since you still have 9 24" shots. Also don't forget the scourges shardarbines have 18" range, so combine that with a 12" move you have a 30" threat range. The Blaster warriors can slowly move up and finish a vehicle if there is one, but can still move quickly enough if need be to contest or control objectives.
