I am new to this website but thoughts I would bring up three topics that always interest me.
Old metal figures, painting board game figures, and great painting assistance/services.
While Games Workshop has nice miniatures, their plastic and 'clone' grunt level figures are just not that great compared to their old metal 'grunt' figures. They charge enough for the figures, i would think the grunts deserve to look good (see my first picture). Likewise the skeletons used to be unique (the 2nd and 3rd are old Ral Parths figures).
The game pictures are from Defenders of the Realm and shows what a good paintjob can do...there are non-gamers who play just because of these guys.
Finally it is nice to have help painted. These were all by MPP painting and are an essential help for me to make the grays look wonderful .
