So heres my storm strider, finally finished. I picked him up last thursday and sprayed a protective coat of Krylon High Gloss, thats why he's shiny. My store should be recieving more Dull Cote by this afternoon so i'll be able to tone it back then. The Storm Smith Drivers are a wip atm so enjoy the automated stormstrider of doom!

The blue under his foot is a little bit of blu-tac that i used to hold the model in place and will be removed.

I have no idea what that is, but it looks really cool.
The bulb head looks really well done with the blue orbs

@40k Ninja, it is a model from Warmachine for the Wrath Expansion.

@OP, very nice. The only thing I can probably pick out, is I would personally take the coils a little bit more towards white, as at the moment all the aqua colour is blending together, although that could be the image and the gloss varnish, elsewise nice

That looks really good, especially the basing, the work you put in there shows. I do agree with winter in that a few parts look a little flat. I think the size of the battle engines gives you a need to shade and highlight a bit more drastically than normal to give it a sense of scale. Speaking of scale, I can't wait to see it with the crew.
The only thing that's off-putting about it to me is the blue railing, and that's only subjective.

Strange model. But I really like the glowing effect on it.
