For Monolith squashing? You could get two XV88 Broadside teams with that.

There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.

Ya go with Broadsides. Always useful against pretty much everything.

2 Broadsides and a Hammerhead dude.

Toss Target Arrays on Bsides and a Disruption Pod on your Hammerhead. Park them in the back and watch the fireworks.

"AM are bunch of half human-half robot monkeys who keep tech working by punching it with a wrench And their tech is so sophisticated that you could never get it wrapped it out" thing a LITTLE to seriously. It also goes "Tau tech is so awesome I wish I was Tau and not some stupid Human" thing.

for $125, i'd personally recommend a Battleforce from another army.

lol, joking aside, i would go with a full squad (3) Broadsides. If 3 Twin-linked STR 10 AP 1 shots cant take it down, nothing will.

Somewhere in south-central England.

I don't think you need the targetting arrays on the Broadsides. The twin-link gives you a 75% chance to hit per shot.

Give them A.S.S. instead, for a bit of mobility while still firing. Give the team leader a hardwired drone controller and two shield drones.

Three Broadsides will chew up a Monolith very quickly unless your luck is bad. You only need to immobilise it in the backfield. They will also Instant Kill Necron Warriors and deny them We'll Be Back.

Marker lights would be useful for getting rid of cover saves. (Unlikely that a Monolith would ever get one, of course.)

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.
