While playing a friendly game against a friend we were discussing different ways of stylizing an IG army. We have a variety of different cultures and races at my FLGS, but as a joke we said it'd be interesting to have an all black conscript squad and have them perform "operation black shield" from South Park, Another player said it'd be more interesting to see an all black Penal Legion squad. All of this was said in jest, and the player that suggested the all black penal legion was himself black. Now, of course this would be inappropriate and could cause problems, but within the right circle of people I think it'd be rather funny to see fielded out this way.

Just sharing a story

"War is not violence and killing, pure and simple; war is controlled violence, for a purpose. The purpose of war is to support your government's decisions by force. The purpose is never to kill the enemy just to be killing him but to make him do what you want him to do. Not killing... but controlled and purposeful violence."
