Very cool terrain.

Your waaaghboss is striking, perhaps a level of highlighting and weathering to finish him off?

Looks good. I think a good wash and some serious highlights would make your ork boss look great. The terrain looks like it is comming along nicely. Good job.

Simple Green for stripping paint.

Nice idea on the Rebar. What would also look good is guitar wire. For rebar, I have some nice thick bass guitar strings. I have my son save me his leftovers from when he re-strings.

As for washes and highlights, I can't describe it better than you can watch it on YouTube. I do recommend you check out as many techniques as you can find and try them out on some cheap minis. Some techniques, like drybrushing or highlighing look better on different textures and both look crappy if you do it wrong. And you will do it wrong as painting is an art in and of itself and as such it takes practice. That being said, dipping, airbrushing, spraypainting, antiquing and other techniques all have their place and will help you paint better looking models in a fraction of the time, so look into those too.

Good luck!
