Welcome to the forum!

Excellent stuff, dude. TWC look great, I know it cost you a fortune but I think you did a nice job with the models. Canis scuplt looks so second rate compared to the awesome Microart stuff.

The TWC look awesome...and it's a strange thing to notice but i love the wolf priest's yellow sholderpad...the brown marbling pattern looks really good with it, dunno if that was intentional or not but it looks great in any case

And the snow bases are good, a change from the usual snow basing you see..

They look fantastic! really good work! you've got a very nice looking force there, would i be correct in assuming that you dipped these guys? there's a few tell tale signs :-) but i actually think it looks excellent, it's the first marine force that i've seen use the method and turn out looking 'right' you should be happy with these wolves and i'm looking forward to seeing more! :-) keep it up!

Loving these guys, they look awesome, truly unique! Keep up the awesome work dude, I look forward to seeing more. Could I also hassle you for a basic painting method? Cheers, dude, and welcome to Dakka!

Nerdfeat09: You are correct about that. I choose that method because i wanted the to look battleworn not fresh from barracks.
I think dip gives them nice and gritty look. Plus its somewhat faster than making that effect with washes.

Sure thing.

My method is very simple and fast.

- No need for basecoat
- Just paint armor with Space wolves gray and no hilites at all.
- Apply other colors, in metal parts i tend to use some hillites (Boltergun/chainmail or gold/tinpits etc.)
- In faces i used dwarven fleash and hilited it with elven flesh.
- Bones, skulls and purityseal cloth parts got 1st bleached bone and skullwhite to hilite it.

and then dip it to Armypainters strong tone jar.

and its done.

Saves time and youre still young when your army is fully painted.
My wolves are 15000 points strong. All painted.

Thunderwolf bases are from Microarts studio, rest are just plain old bases with sand and paint on them.

Only thing I don't like are the fenrisian wolves. But I know the problem that they have no actual models.

I agree with you about that Fenrisian wolf issue. Goblin wolf mounts arent the coolest models, but until GW
provides proper models these will do.

And where did you get the sniper rifles from?

Your scouts look cool, I have scouts but used Ig sniper rifles, I may need to swap them over
