My steel legion standard W.i.p...Steel legion sgt with las pistol.Cut off the pistol and drilled a hole.Took two small nailes and glued the back to back.This make the pole.Will add the banner top from the gw zombie kit and a sheild from the wfb line.

I might add somthing to go behind the sheild?Some kind of bird of prey?A skull etc????

I'd make it thinner, as well as longer. As it stands, the model holding it is completely obscured from the chest up (extending it to a decent length would make matters worse) and it looks like the crossbar would fully span a 60mm base.

On the topic of size, I see you're going for a skeletal theme, here, but I might try searching for other bits to cap off the ends of the crossbar. If you cut the banner (and supporting bar) down to a more standard size, those two hands together will likely equal its width - not necessarily what you want in finials.

Going to exstend the bottom of the pole to touch the base.I want it to look like the gentalman holding it is useing the ground for support.Paint job etc is still a w.i.p.

Would like to paint somthing on the banner itself.it a bit bland?Any ideas?

Vehicles look great and I really like the banner conversion as well.
If I have any "complaint" it would be the hands on the crossbar, they just look a bit "off" to me.

Hey man Thanks!!!!I will think about chopping the hands off.I'm not sold on them 100% yet my self.

I messsed with the banner pole a bit.I think it came out much much better.Evstening the pole did the trick.Looks like the dude has better leverage on it.More natural.painted him some more to.He is comming along well.
