Stay tuned for incoming email this weekend on restarting up - we have changed some procedures and processes for ordering to eliminate anymore issues we've been spending a bit of planning time on the board for us to reevaluate on how we wanted to engage this more properly and alike. Almost all should be caught up in one way or another. @MM : We will just cease Privateer at the moment. We dont want to as it is more profitable to sell PP products than GW, but its a shame we just really can't get what we need to make it a 'mass' deal. =/. Its fine, we are going to be moving into more GW items, then start hitting people like Scibor or alike. Some other game companies and our new support from our upcoming sponsored partners who are trying to get their product pushed and known.

It's a good idea not to do deals on PP stuff that you don't already have in stock (since the business model seems to be to take payment for orders, then place a large order all at once).
I only buy PP stuff from 1) MiniatureMarket (as they list exactly how many of an item is in stock) 2) Ebay Buy-It-Now (as it lists exactly how many of an item are in stock) 3) mikhaila's store, as he has stock / can hunt it down... but it's just hard to find some of the older PP stuff right now.

Server had some unexpected nighttime downtime (which delayed the email servers). Instead of firing off an email at... 1am Pacific time.. it is delayed to tomorrow. Cyp will email you back as well a bit later today. If you fail to get an email drop a pm here to this account. We now do have a toll-free number now and will be utilizing our new ticket support system for future deals and orders. These details will be posted soon. It will also be integrated in our banners / pages on our site. This is our answer to handle our customer service end. Customer Ticket support >> Emails in terms of mass volume and customer service. A customer database is also being setup for recurring customers with login/past order history information. (WIP) In addition - any order that is projected to not be fulfilled within 7 business days (tops) will be immediately refunded as per the customer's request whether or not they would like to wait any longer. We are not looking to 'withhold' anyone's cash any longer and will have the means of providing an immediate process in returning those individuals who have money out. Dark Eldar Wave 3 items will be coming along with another 40k related deal. Three new companies will be working with us to provide exclusive discounts to their product line for people to get a sampler of their products. Just awaiting on their partnership agreements to finalize. We will also be having 'guaranteed' deals that will occur all year round. These deals are all year around will be around the 30-40% off MSRP price range estimated. These are items we can push out immediately, add on to an existing order, and/or will not require to 'wait' for those items to be executed. This provides us with a 'stable' product we can stock on hand. Privateer items are just things we will have to lay off for the moment. We probably will only serve NEW items such as the WRATH exspansion. New items that are coming out seem to be very plentiful in stock amounts. *shrugs*. We'd love to provide more support (in fact we've tried to amass more interests.. to Privateer userbase.. ) but its just not working out at the moment.

Ordered via paypal from these jokers about a week ago told me it would be in the mail that day still have recived my items and no response told him I have a tournament this weekend that I needed it for, no response. So I assume this person Galaxy Gobbo does not care about gamers just money. Requesting Refund.

Email them at galaxygobbo@gmail.com and put "Support" as the subject line. Alternatively, you can call their support number 1-888-257-3514.
They've had some customer support issues (check their blog) and some issues with emails going to their spam filter.

He told me he has it in stock and ready to ship, the distributers are out of stock of the model I wanted. I gave him time to get it, I needed it for this weekend and I dont think I will get it.

As I stated, you should call them. That's going to be your best bet. If you choose not to, that's your business, but the number is there for all to use.

No, that's not at all what I'm saying at all. It is THEIR responsibility to get items that have been paid for to individuals that paid for them.
All that I am saying is that as a consumer, you may want to take a more active role in discovering what has happened to either your product or your money. While it is their responsibility to get you the items that you have paid for, it's just as much your responsibility to know what happens with your money. So when a vendor fails to contact you over something that you've paid for, and they've provided a customer support telephone number, it is irresponsible as a customer to not call it.
As you can see, several posts up, I have my own order with Galaxy Gobbo that is MIA. I contacted them with the methods they provided in their blog last night (I used email) and received a response before 8 am this morning. Am I upset that it's missing? Yes, it's been over 2 weeks since I ordered it. Is it going to ruin my week? No. I don't need gaming supplies, I want gaming supplies. Is it inconvenient? Sure. But so is US customs holding my models from Spain for 2 weeks. When I saw that was the case, I called the customs department and checked with them to see what the hold-up was as well. Why? Because I want to know where my money is going.
I neither work for Galaxy Gobbo nor am I "hyping up the company," and I find that your recourse to that line of thought is offensive when I was simply trying to offer you assistance. I just think people, especially in the US and the west as a whole, tend to whine too much instead of taking initiative in controlling their own lives.

Ha it still sounds like you love this company, as for "whine too much" I think it’s up to us the consumer to make sure other know how this company works, as a company they give their word: FROM GALAXY GOBBO: "We will ship this immediatedly. You'll get this model probably Monday/Tuesday at latest. " -- that was last monday/tuseday So should I whine? Well maybe just because you have a Laissez-faire attitude about you stuff I should also? Please I have emailed this company I have PMed this company with no response, you are correct I am not being proactive enough, where are they located maybe I should drive over and pick it up. We are Americans when we pay for things we expect to get them as stated. This company lied and I think it’s my right to inform consumers about this company. Or is that too much whining for you? Laissez-faire? Yep. You got me on that one. I'm a libertarian. And on that note, you're right. Free market means that you can choose to go to whatever business you please. So if you don't like the business practices of a company or lack thereof, you have the right to go to a competitor.
Do I love this company? Nope. I don't really love any company. Will I support this company with my cash? If they continue to give me 25% GW products, you bet I will. Why? Well, that puts us back to free market, doesn't it? If they can get me the same product for less, I personally don't care about the wait. If I want it now and don't care how much I pay, I could always drive to my FLGS, and for many things, I do. It's up to each individual to make that decision for themselves. And, like you say, you should tell people if you have bad experiences with a company so that they can make an informed decision. We're not in disagreement with this. All I intended was to offer you a way of contacting the company that has wronged you and to inform you that contacting them has worked for me. Am I still upset that I don't have my products? Yes. Will I shop from them again? It really depends on how they handle the rest of my order. Will I support them verbally (which, despite your comments regarding my "love" for them, I have not really done in this series of posts)? Again, it depends on how they handle this. If they give me great customer support and handle this situation well, then yes, I will tell others. If they handle this badly, I will also say so.
I didn't say you have no right to complain. You do, and so do I. I just said that you should also attempt to contact them.
What you do is up to you, but I've provided you with the information should you wish to contact them, and that was all that I intended.

It's hard to claim you didn't receive the person's call, if they call & speak with someone.
Over the phone is the second best way to follow up, after "in person."

Exactly what I said in a much more condensed and simplified read! Thank you for clarifying what I was getting at. I tend to be wordy and talk around ideas instead of being concise and direct, but as someone who studies religious law all day, what do you expect? Hopefully people will understand your post better than mine! I will check out miniatures market. I've bought from their ebay store before (in fact they should be shipping me some stuff right now) but I never thought to check to see if they had an actual internet store. 25% is always a good thing. More is even better. Truthfully, the majority of my purchases come from ebay, but that's a very fluid market and what you want may not be there, so I depend on other retailers to get me what I need for relatively cheap. If Miniature Market is dependable and you vouch for that, I'll give them a shot. As I said, I'm a free market guy, so I'm going to seek out the best way to get my product. I stand by my right to get what I want from the best possible source, not any one specific company.

Well, I tried a few week ago to offer Brushfire through GG... About 5 days later I got a reply saying 'sorry its 1am'.
A few weeks after that I got an e-mail regarding someone elses bases order.
This is an American company, right? English is the primary language?

@Rick - we've dropped a message. Know you are excited about your 40k Stormlord gift. More details ensued via a email - not via the Galaxy Gobbo email. Just want to make clear Rick's business is more on a private matter non-associated with GG's business itself, well rather indirectly. No money was ever collected from Rick, nor was it required of him. It is just a personal private arrangement made. @ Cyporiean - that was a mis-email sent by one of our representatives who was processing emails all the way up to the AM. Proper advertising information in bound soon - it was WIP - sorry it was not addressed. Dr_Chin - received both full refund and his desired item. It was shipped but delayed through his tournament. --------------------------------------- We agree it is not the customer's responsibility to constantly hound on their orders. There are only 2-3 remnants of the last dealings we've made out there that were processed and conducted via our manual invoice system that had some issues with order status tracking and alike. Those individuals are just waiting on the incoming GW package we are getting in bound this week. Ruyn & TheUnicorn are the two. The third being someone not on the forums. Our new Toll-Free Number: +1 (888) 730-1990 We've set up the phone system so that if our offices are closed it will redirect to either a digital voice message system that sends out message to our customer service team, and/or will re-route to one of our team member's personal cellular number (whoever signs in from their own personal time after hours)
