As stated, I ordered a mat a week and a half ago, got it in 6 days from Lithuania to the USA!!!

Print is gorgeous, and it's mouse pad material. I LOVE it !

Apart from mousepad mats being back for good, here are some more news:

Just a shame they are struggling to keep up with demand from their stockists. I've been waiting since December 28th for my order through Dark Sphere games and was told they are 6 weeks behind with manufacturing existing orders.

Wow - now that is an impressive mat design!

Well the mats I ordered finally arrived after seven weeks and I am certainly disappointed, one mat did not come with a storage bag and the other does not come close to matching the image on their website.

I will be contacting both dark sphere and deepcut regardless but needless to say I don't think I will be purchasing any further products from them.

Out of interest, which mat did you order where the art did not seem to match up with the image? Our club is going to be ordering a half dozen Deep Cut mats very soon and it sounds like we might want to avoid that one..

Are there any US distributors?

Is DCS having problems with their website? I've tried accessing them from two different computer systems and just get an error message.

Yeah I was trying to get to their miniatures section and got an error message. Sorry if it's been covered but are there still minis on sale as well as mats?

To sum up some observations:
- miniatures are no longer available on our website
- we returned mousepad mas back to public on the end of January. So yes, all preorders placed on December had to wait
- we also received some feedback that the bags damaged the mats (corners got bent while inserting the mats, etc.) and discarded them. We will have special carry bags for mats in a few weeks though
- all quality issues have been / are / will be solved until not a single customer is left unhappy
- our office was closed for vacation for a couple of weeks, so yes, some replies were delayed

Whereas I was told that you are unable to provide print that matches the images on your website and as such the only option is to return a mat i waited 2 months to be delivered for a refund.

Some of them are fantastic, I'm going to get the Gangers from that other site hopefully as the female ones look great for Escher but the other ones are awesome as well.

Any chance you guys will be getting a US distributor any time soon? I was all set to pull the trigger on a mouse pad mat yesterday until I saw that there was a 30£ shipping fee, which makes it hard to justify over a cheaper F.A.T. Mat.

This very much.. I just ordered a Deep Cut mat yesterday and the exchange rate has changed heavily and shipping was steeper than I thought. Unfortunately, I hit the submit button too fast.

About time someone did "tiles". Many of my maps are tiles placed on 1footx1foot sticky tiles from home Lowes.

Though questions..

1. Can we see a picture of a map put together with this set? Looks nice, but I want a real picture of it.
2. Plans to do these with city underneath, so you can, well make a city?
3. What about ruined roads and a wasteland backround or post apoc games?
