Been slowly squiring stuff for a Cygnar army as a second Warmachine faction along side my Cryx. I'm sure it will branch out later, but initially my draw is all the lightning and Storm Noun units. Currently I've got;

Only ones showing off for now are the Fireflies and Stormblades. Neither are finished yet. The Stormblades just need some gap filling, and the missing member and officer done up. The Fireflies I at least need a guard on the front of the foremost lightning coil, and I think I'm going to give them new heads and shoulders to match the Stormblades, prototype for some Stormclad plans I've got in my head. Then there's the lightning. I've got plans for how I want to do it, and I think I finally found the right size of brass strips I need, but they've been sold out for a couple weeks now.

Still deciding on color scheme for the painting. Either want to do something like a purple thundercloud colored armor, or a reverse of Cygnar's normal colors with bright yellow armor and blue secondary.

Quick shot of several things. First is a Stormsmith Storm Caller In Progress. I wanted to have three unique Storm Callers so when I did the bitz order for the Sword Knight arms for the Storm Blades I also picked up the female Stormsmith from the Storm Tower. Forgot to pick up an extra staff for her though so I'm making one out of brass rod and made a mold of the top of the staff of one of the others, and have a part for that setting in the mold right now.

Second items are a shoulder and head made in the style of the Storm Knights to fit onto the Fireflies. These were really fun to do as one of my favorite things is cutting and carving with knife and dremel. Glued several pieces of plasticard together to make a plastic block, and carved out the pieces I wanted over a few hours time. While making one piece is fun, trying to make matching pieces is an exercise in frustration. I made a mold of the head and will kick out a few of those. Will make a mold of the shoulder as well but I don't have enough Instant Mold to do it the head and the above mentioned staff at the same time as it's going to be a hard to make three part mold, which will be a first for me. This head will also get used on my Stormclads, though I may have to make a new, bigger shoulder for those, we'll see.

Lastly is the Officer for the Stormblades all finished up in Sword&Board armament. Sculpted a little back of the hand gauntlet to match the others.
