Pretty new to Daemons, running a variety of lists to get a feel for them. This is a 1500 pt list I tried last night.

Ran these in Capture/Control (randomly determined) against my roommate's CSM. Game was going pretty well until the very end. As he'd only taken 3 troops, I'd wiped all but one squad from the game by turn 4. Around that time, the remaining 2 CSM (all that survived of his Troop selection) embarked into a Rhino and took off for an objective that my Plaguebearers were holding. The Flamers' Bolt potshots missed/failed to pen every time. The Bloodthirster assaulted the Rhino three separate times, but as it was moving at Cruising speed each turn, my Bloodthirster could hardly land a hit (2 damage results...Weapon Destroyed then Shaken). After three turns of Flamers and Bloodthirster impotently scratching on the Rhino's door, the game ended with my Plaguebearers and the 2-CSM-in-Rhino both on one objective and no other scoring units surviving.

Don't mean for this to turn into a batrep, just want to illustrate the problem I think I'm having with anti-tank. I know as a CC-oriented list I'm going to struggle with armor, but if I'm throwing ~400 points of my best AT units at a dinky little Rhino for 3 turns straight and still can't count on making a significant dent in it, I might be in more trouble than I realized. Now I'm considering Heralds of Tzeentch, Pink Horror spam, upping my MC count... Of those options, I'm probably most inclined toward dual Herald/Tz (with both in Chariots). They're still just as much of a potshot as the Flamers though (not to mention that they'll be inordinately expensive to model).

Not sure what to do. Maybe I'm overreacting to an unlucky game, but statistically I wasn't that unlucky. Anyway, any suggestions re: anti-tank would be appreciated. Other suggestions: also good.
