So if I wanted to be TFG, and I Deep Strike Saint Celestine in my enemies deployment zone, she scatters onto an enemy unit (or off the table), she dies on a mishap of 1-2. where would I place her marker?

The point where I first placed her before Scatter.

The point she left the table / came within 1" of an ememy model.

I don't think you place it anywhere since she was never actually on the table.

Sadly, poor Saint Celestine would be no more. She never gets deployed, so you have no where to put her marker.
