While I liked Doomthumbs a lot, we simply do not know what happened to cause the ban/suspension. Without knowing the reason (which we will not know) I cannot sign a petition. While the mods here are not perfect, they generally lead well and make sound decisions.

I will hope he returns as he was unique and funny, but I cannot blindly petition he come back with no knowledge of the event or activities that took place.

Whilst I appreciate the polite and courteous manner with which you went about this, I'm afraid this won't be happening.

It's very rare that we permanently suspend users, the occasional spam bot and troll account aside, and it happens only after discussion with the entire MOD team and the site owners.
